I provide courses for women and their partners to prepare for pregnancy, childbirth, and the period afterward. Proper preparation, both physically and mentally, is essential for this significant event in your life. These courses can take place in a group or individually.

I offer courses to help you prepare for what lies ahead. For the pregnant person, to give birth, and for the partner, to be the supporter they need. We’ll discuss the physical aspects, but we’ll also talk about how you feel, what’s important to you, and what matters to you and your partner.
Your mindset—how you think about childbirth—shapes how you feel about what you can and cannot handle. I invite you to explore your strengths and identify areas where you may need support. This helps you understand yourself better and builds your confidence for childbirth. It also allows you to communicate more clearly with those around you about what you need to make it a unique and positive experience for you.
If your previous childbirth was a challenging experience and you want to approach it differently this time, I recommend taking an individual course.
